    By proceeding with a purchase on our website, you are indicating to us that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.     Price

    The prices payable for the goods that you order are as set out on our website. All prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT at current rates. There is currently no VAT on children’s footwear up to and including a girls UK 5.5 and up to and including a boys UK 6.5. However, some accessories will have VAT included and this is included in the price applicable. 

     

    Payment


    We currently accept payments by credit or debit card (SSL secured payment), PayPal and Clearpay
    If you have an issue with a third-party provider (PayPal, Clearpay), please contact them directly. These services are provided by third parties and are made available on our website for your convenience. We will not be held with any responsibility for any issues or loss when using these facilities. 

     

    Delivery


    We have several delivery options. We hope your order arrives in the time frame stated however we cannot be responsible for the failure of the selected service to meet the indicated delivery time, provided we have dispatched items on time accordingly. Please take into consideration busier times of the year e.g., Christmas when your order may take a little longer to arrive. 

    Discount codes


    We may offer a discount code. For all information on how to use these please see our FAQ’s. Only one discount code is valid per order. Discount codes are not available in conjunction with any other offer. All discount codes are only valid on full-price goods (unless stated otherwise). Any discount code for ‘free delivery’ is sent by standard delivery. Discount codes are non-transferable or redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

     

    Store Credit


    We may issue store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After 12 months, it will be unable to be redeemed or refunded. To receive store credit, you will have to hold an account through our website. You will need to create an account prior to receive this. Store credit is non-transferable or redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

     

    Advice and Information


    We pride ourselves in providing appropriate advice and information in relation to the products on our website. We provide this information which we believe is to be accurate and reliable. The advice we give is not intended to constitute or substitute for professional or medical advice. You should seek professional medical advice if necessary. 

     

    Security


    Our website is security assured by ‘Shopify’.

     

    Refund Policy


    We have a 45-day refund policy. Your refund will be made within 5 days from when we receive the item back to us. We can only accept returns which are unused and in their original packaging. Please only return via Royal Mail using our simple returns process. Any other service used to send any items back to us, will not be refunded. 

     

    Faulty Items


    If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve it. Please advise us as soon as possible by emailing info@shoeloops.co.uk and ensure you give as much detail as possible.
