    Create a Return

    Our returns are FREE and easy. Simply follow these steps:​

    Click 'Create a Return’ above, or go to the refund policy, and then 'Create a Return'.

    1. Log in to your account:

        1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

        2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

        3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

    2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

    3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

    4. Select a return reason.

    5. Click "Submit request".

    Once requested, you receive an email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid shipping label (or a QR code in which they will print the label for you). Your refund will be made within 5 days from when we receive the item back to us.

    We understand things can get hectic which is why we have a 45-day return policy.  We can only accept returns which are unused and in their original packaging. Please make sure you request a 'proof of postage' at the Post Office when you hand over your parcel for posting. 

    Please only return using the pre-paid shipping label and with Royal Mail to qualify for a free UK return. If you purchase another service to make a return, we will not be able to refund postage.

    If you believe your item is faulty- please contact us or email info@shoeloops.co.uk before returning back to us. We may be able to offer an exchange.
