Yes, once placed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All orders are tracked, most orders are sent using EVRi but in some circumstances we allocate a delivery partner based on your order. For all delivery information, please see Delivery & Returns.

UK Standard Delivery*- £3.00

2-3 days (delivery days are Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays)

UK Next Day Delivery*- £4.50

Order before 4pm to receive your order next day (delivery days are Monday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays)

Standard Delivery**- Free

3-10 working days (delivery days are Monday to Sunday)

International Shipping*- Cost shown at checkout

Some items are shipped from various suppliers seperately meaning you will reciece multiple packages. All items are tracked. 

There is a zero rate of VAT on all children's footwear up to and including a  girls UK 5.5 and up to and including a boys UK 6.5. Some accessories will have VAT and this is included in the price where applicable.

We carefully select our products from worldwide manufacturers. All footwear is tested to ensure they meet our quality standards. Our accessories go through thorough product testing too.

All returns are free. We also offer exchanges. We've made the returns process simple with convenient options. Returns can be requested online or alternatively, contact us and we will do the rest.
